How It Works

Bringing magical mail and meaningful moments to your child’s mailbox.

  • Step 1: Choose Your Experience

    Select how the magic arrives:

    • The Classic Hello: Beautifully crafted letters from beloved fictional heroes.

    • The Legendary Hello: Personalized stories featuring your child’s name, hobbies, pets, etc.

Available as a 3, 6, or 12-letter bundle, or an ongoing weekly/monthly subscription.

  • Step 2: Share Your Hero

At checkout, tell us which fictional hero your child admires. Our writers capture their exact voice and spirit to craft a custom message filled with wonder.

  • Step 3: Receive & Enjoy the Magic

Each letter arrives sealed and addressed directly to your child, complete with a reply envelope inside.

    • First letters ship within two weeks; subscriptions follow weekly or monthly. Bundles automatically complete after the final letter.

  • Step 4: Keep the Magic Going

Your child can write back anytime using the included reply envelope! If you’ve added the Hero’s Handwritten Hello, their hero will send a real-ink, handwritten response, a keepsake moment they’ll treasure forever.
