The Heroes Hello provides a mail-based letter service featuring story-driven and personalized letters written in the voice of fictional heroes.
All purchases are made by adults for the benefit of a child or intended recipient. By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Purchases Made on Behalf of a Child
The Heroes Hello may be purchased by parents, guardians, relatives, educators, friends, or other adults on behalf of a child or recipient.
By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that:
They have the authority to provide the information submitted
Any child-related information has been shared with appropriate consent
All details provided are accurate to the best of their knowledge

The Heroes Hello currently offers the following letter experiences:
Classic Hello
A beautifully written, story-based letter from a chosen fictional hero. Classic Hello letters are not personalized to an individual child, but are crafted to inspire imagination, courage, and joy through storytelling.
Legendary Hello
A personalized letter that includes details provided during checkout, such as the recipient’s name, interests, or hobbies. Legendary Hello letters are written uniquely for each order.
We also offer:
Letter bundles (3, 6, or 12 letters)
Ongoing subscriptions (weekly or monthly)
Optional add-ons, including the Hero’s Handwritten Hello

Personalization & Accuracy of Information
For personalized products, you are responsible for providing accurate, appropriate, and complete information during checkout or through any required forms.
Please review spellings, names, and details carefully before submitting.
The Heroes Hello is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the purchaser.
We reserve the right to adjust, modify, or decline personalization content that is inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with our family-friendly values.
Fictional Heroes Only
All letters are written in the voice of fictional heroes from stories, legends, or imaginative worlds.
We do not write letters from real people.
We do not claim affiliation with or endorsement by any third-party brands, creators, or intellectual property holders.
All letters are original creative works created for storytelling purposes.
Orders, Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Payments are processed securely through Squarespace and Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Most first letters ship within two weeks of purchase.
Subscription and bundle letters are sent according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout.
Delivery times may vary due to postal service conditions.
The Heroes Hello is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service once an order has shipped.
Subscriptions & Bundles
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
Letters that have already been prepared or shipped are non-refundable.
Bundles
Bundles are prepaid and conclude automatically after the final letter has been sent.
Unused letters within a bundle are non-refundable once fulfillment has begun.
Hero’s Handwritten Hello Add-On
The Hero’s Handwritten Hello is an optional add-on that allows a hero to send a handwritten reply after a child writes back using the official reply envelope.
Both the official reply envelope and the add-on must be in place for a handwritten reply to be sent.
Handwritten replies are created based on the content of the child’s letter.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because many of our products are custom or made-to-order:
Personalized items are non-refundable once production has begun.
Non-personalized items may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
