Share your hero — simply type your child’s hero’s name in the form box provided, and we’ll craft a magical Hello just for them! If there are any special details about that hero’s story, powers, or personality you’d like us to include, feel free to add them here as well.

Delivery Details
Letters ship once per month.
Your child’s first letter will ship within two weeks of purchase, and future letters will continue monthly until your bundle ends.
Bundles automatically conclude after 3, 6, or 12 letters have been mailed.
Updating Your Child’s Information
If your child’s favorite heroes change over time, you’re welcome to update their information anytime through our Update My Heroes Hello form located under “Resources” - our heroes love keeping in touch with growing imaginations!

Every Heroes Hello letter includes a special return envelope so your child can write back to their hero whenever inspiration strikes! When a child sends their reply using this envelope, it automatically lets us know that their hero may be preparing a handwritten response - this is the only way a Hero’s Handwritten Hello is activated.
The Hero’s Handwritten Hello is a magical keepsake - a real, hand-written reply from your child’s hero, penned with care and imagination. We kindly ask parents to purchase this add-on ahead of time if their child plans to write back. Should a reply arrive first, we’ll email you a quick link to purchase the add-on so their hero can send a response right away.
