If your child’s interests or favorite heroes change over time, you’re welcome to update their information anytime through our Update My Heroes Hello form located under “Resources” - our heroes love keeping in touch with growing imaginations!

When a child sends their reply using this envelope, it automatically lets us know that their hero may be preparing a handwritten response - this is the only way a Hero’s Handwritten Hello is activated.
The Hero’s Handwritten Hello is a magical keepsake - a real, hand-written reply from your child’s hero, penned with care and imagination. We kindly ask parents to purchase this add-on ahead of time if their child plans to write back. Should a reply arrive first, we’ll email you a quick link to purchase the add-on so their hero can send a response right away.
